SHIPPING POLICY
We offer Singapore islandwide delivery at a flat rate of $10 SGD.
Additional charges may apply for larger-sized items, public holidays, and special occasions such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.
DELIVERY DAYS & TIME SLOT
We offer two delivery time slots: 10.00am to 12.00pm or 2:00pm to 6:00pm.
We deliver Mondays to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays until further notice. Orders for next-day delivery must be placed before 12PM. If you have a specific request, please let us know when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

WILL I BE CHARGE FOR RE-DELIVERY?
Please ensure your recipient is available at the delivery location and during the delivery time slot to receive your floral product order. In the event your recipient is unable to receive your floral product order, the courier will call the recipient to seek further instructions. If the recipient cannot be reached within 10 minutes of the courier’s arrival, the flowers will be re-delivered back to our shop and a re-delivery fee of $15 will be charged to the sender.
