SHIPPING POLICY
We offer Singapore islandwide delivery at a flat rate of $10 SGD.
Additional charges may apply for larger-sized items, public holidays, and special occasions such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.
DELIVERY DAYS & TIME SLOT
We offer two delivery time slots: 10.00am to 12.00pm or 2:00pm to 6:00pm.
We deliver Mondays to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays until further notice. Orders for next-day delivery must be placed before 12PM. If you have a specific request, please let us know when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Same-day deliveries are subject to floral product availability.
Please note that each bloom and bud is unique and that we are unable to deliver the same exact bouquet replica. However, be rest assured that the overall look and vibe of the arrangement will stay the same. As flowers are seasonal products and we are facing occasional disruption in our flower supplies due to delayed and canceled flights, we seek your understanding that some flowers featured will be substituted. We might need to cancel some orders if there are no replacements.
We advise placing your orders 2 days in advance so as to avoid disappointment. Kindly select your delivery date with the calendar provided after checking out your shopping cart. For same-day, urgent, or last-minute order requests, please message us on Instagram @theblackdaffodils or Whatsapp us @ 92279021 and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
All prices listed on our website are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). These prices are subject to change without prior notice or obligations to you. We accept payment via Stripe which accepts most major credit cards (i.e. MasterCard, VISA). A confirmation email will be sent to you after your payment. We also accept PayNow & PayLah! under "Manual Payment" upon checkout. We will only process orders that are paid prior to the delivery date. Trim one to two inches off the stems and cut at an angle. It allows for better water intake. Be sure to re-trim the stems and change up your water once every few days. Avoid any direct sunlight and heat.
Depending on the environment, preserved flowers can last up to a few months to a year. Due to the humid and hot temperatures in Singapore, preserved roses can soften and fade quicker. To avoid such issues, avoid sunlight, water, and heat. Place them in a cool place if possible.
We have our designated floral drivers to deliver your blooms safely to you.
